Our treatments will leave you relaxed, rejuvenated and radiant
from your inner to your outer sense of well-being. We want
your visit to Ella Rouge beauty salons and day spa centres
to be a pleasant experience with the utmost attention to personalised
care and hygiene.
You are invited to try before you buy any skincare or beauty
product at any Ella Rouge salon. All face and body treatments
begin with a personal questionnaire, followed by a skin analysis
with the latest skin scanner by one of our expert therapists.
Your treatment focuses on what your skin needs on the day
of treatment.
Our Policies:
- For enjoyment of your full
treatment, please arrive at least 15-20 minutes before your
scheduled appointment time.
- Please arrive promptly for your appointment,
or your service may be customised.
- Time allocation for each treatment has no
bearing on price.
- We request Laser / IPL treatments be paid
before the session begins.
- We send you an SMS reminder the day before
your appointment, so you can change, confirm or cancel your
appointment via SMS, the day before only.
Programs, Courses and Gift Vouchers:
- All salon treatments, pre-paid treatments, products and gift vouchers are non-refundable, although we will gladly exchange with a credit voucher.
- Prepaid programs and packages that are changed or not taken in full are transferrabel after the individual full price of each treatment taken has been deducted and the remaining balance is credited in a gift voucher only within the period of validity.
- All programs, courses and gift vouchers have a 12 months expiry from the date of purchase and are non-refundable, although we will gladly exchange with a credit voucher. Gift voucher policies will apply.
- All Skin Gym programs must be strictly followed in their prescribed format and must be regular and intense to achieve maximum results.
- All packages and programs must be prepaid before treatment commences to be entitled for the discount.
- Courses are to be used in the salon which they were purchased.
Cancellation Policy:
- We appreciate 24 hours
notice if you wish to change or cancel your appointment.
If no notice is given, a cancellation fee may apply.
- Gift voucher packages will have 50% redeemed.
Pregnancy Safety Policy:
- Please note, no body treatments (massage
or spa therapy) can be received during the first 12 weeks
of pregnancy. Manicures, pedicures and facials are a recommended
alternative.
