All you have to do is have your treatments or purchase products with us. When you join, your details will be immediately placed in our system and points will automatically accrue with purchase(s).

Once you reach a maximum of 10,000 points you will receive $100 to spend in the salon on treatments or products. You may also use the credited points balance at any time.

Bonus points may be issued in addition to regular points under special promotion conditions. As a client, you will have exclusive information of these promotional times via e-mail.

Receive a personalised Rewards Card to present each time you visit your preferred Ella Rouge Medi Spa. Earn 2 points for every dollar you spend on any purchase at your chosen Ella Rouge store

You may redeem your points at any time toward the costs of your purchases in store or you may accumulate your points for larger rewards gains.

For example:

• 10,000 points = $100 credit towards your in salon purchases
• 5,000 points  = $50 credit towards your in salon purchases
• 2,000 points = $20 credit towards your in salon purchases
• 1,000 points = $10 credit towards your in salon purchases

Present your rewards card when paying for your treatment or products. You receive two points for every $1 you spend at your nominated Ella Rouge Beauty Salons.

Remember:

• To advise us immediately of any change of name, address or of a lost or stolen card. Ella Rouge will charge $5.00 per card for lost or for damaged cards.
• Please present your reward card at the point of sale, or you will not obtain your points. Once you’ve collected a maximum of 10,000 reward points, you can use your credit points towards any Ella Rouge Beauty Treatment or product.
• Cards may be used by friends or family, only the points accrued will be given to the card owner. Points cannot be sold, refunded, exchanged as cash, credit, exchanged for products or gift vouchers.

General information

Ella Rouge reserves the right to make any changes at any time without prior notice and with complete discretion, to the Terms and Conditions. Ella Rouge will attempt to notify you of any changes but shall not be liable in any way for failure to do so. If you do not wish to be bound by the changed Terms and Conditions you are given the opportunity to withdraw from the reward program. You may terminate your card at any time by giving written notice to Ella Rouge. Ella Rouge reserves the right to make any changes at any time without prior notice and in their absolute discretion to the services, prices and the number of points which you will receive.

Information concerning you, including information contained in the application form and information as to transactions resulting in point credits and transaction details which will be held in a company database.

The database contains the following information:

1. Name
2. Address
3. Telephone number
4. Date of birth
5. E-mail address
6. Transaction details associated with the collection of points
7. Points collected and used

Information from the database will also be made available to and used by Ella Rouge Beauty for marketing purposes. Information will not be disclosed to businesses other than Ella Rouge Beauty. Ella Rouge reserves the right to terminate the Ella Rouge reward program at any time without prior notice. Ella Rouge will not be liable for the termination of the reward program on any account whatsoever including (without limitation) for any points in your account at the time of termination.

Earning points

Rewards points are earned on the basis that at least two standard points are issued for every $1 spent in a single transaction a nominated Ella Rouge Beauty Salon. Intermittently, bonus points may be issued in addition to standard points under special promotional conditions. Points will be credited to an account for services/products purchased by you. Ella Rouge Beauty will determine which services / products and the number of points that will be credited to the account for such purchases. In order to obtain points, simply present your reward card at the point of sale. Ella Rouge is not liable for cards that are not presented at the point of sale, the points cannot be given once the transaction is finalised. Cards can be used by friends or family, only the points accrue for the cards owner’s name. Points cannot be sold, refunded, exchanged as cash, credit or exchanged for products or gift vouchers.

Claiming points

Points will automatically begin to accrue points under your personalised record account and are only available in the name of the card owner. Once you’ve collected a maximum of 10,000 Ella Rouge points, you can use your credit points towards any Ella Rouge Beauty Treatments or Products. Points are processed at the time of the transaction will expire after 24 months of non-use in which the points were credited to that account will expire and be null and void.

Bonus points

Keep an eye out for special offers that we will send via email or printed promotional materials available in stores. Accepting bonus point offers will increase your points balance …FASTER. Ella Rouge is not liable and will not make any exceptions for any promotion no longer being available.

Deductions points

In addition to deductions for rewards claimed, Ella Rouge will deduct from the points balance in a your account any points credited in error and any points relating to a transaction which is cancelled or reversed or where a refund is given.

Terms & Conditions

Only Ella Rouge Beauty customers may be part of the Rewards program.
Points are accrued in the salon that you nominate. Each salon has points that are individually accrued. Points cannot be transferred to another salon, they must be accrued and used in any one salon.

The program is free. A person who wishes to join must be aged 18 years and over and will be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions will apply to all treatment and product transactions. A member will be bound by these Terms and Conditions upon acceptance by Ella Rouge (written application forms) upon the person using a rewards card or entering into any transaction that would, give rise to benefit points.

A member must notify Ella Rouge immediately of any change of name, address or of a lost or stolen card. Ella Rouge is not liable for any delay in replacing a card or for any unauthorised use of a reward card. Ella Rouge may charge $5.00 per card for lost or damaged cards. Points will not be credited until these Terms and Conditions have become binding with the intended member. A member’s points summary may be requested at the salon, where a print out of the balance may be obtained. Ella Rouge points are final and binding as stated on the summary.

Reward cards are not credit cards and remain the property of Ella Rouge Beauty. Ella Rouge may terminate a card in the rewards program without notice for any reason including, without limitation, if the member:

Fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions;

Supplies any misleading information or make any misrepresentations to Ella Rouge in connection with the reward program, or if the member does not use their reward card for a period of 24 months; or

Abuses any benefit card privileges

A member may terminate their card at any time by giving written notice to Ella Rouge. On receiving a notice of termination, the member’s contact details will be noted on the Ella Rouge database as closed.
