Arrival

Allow 15 minutes before your first appointment to complete your skin profile details for treatments and relax prior to your treatment. For subsequent visits, please allow at least 10 minutes to maximise your time with us.

Late

If your treatment time is compromised by a late arrival we will endeavour to prioritise with you what you most need completed.

Cancellation

We appreciate 24 hours notice if you wish to change or cancel your appointment. Unless we can fill the allocated time with another appointment, a cancellation fee may apply. Packages will incur 50% redemption. If you repeatedly miss your appointment without notification, you will be asked to pre-pay your next appointment otherwise we may decline your future appointments.

Pregnancy Safety

Although there are many treatments that you can still indulge in when you’re pregnant, not all treatments, techniques and products are recommended during this time. As a precaution, we do not advise you receive massage or body treatments during the first trimester. Safe at any time of pregnancy, manicures and pedicure treatments are an ideal option.

Payment Options

We accept cash, EFTPOS, Mastercard, Visa and American Express Refunds + Exchange (complies with NSW Department of Fair Trading) please choose carefully, as we do not normally give refunds if you: Simply change your mind or make a wrong descision Provide no proof of purchase (please retain your receipt for proof of purchase)

Programs, Courses and Gift Vouchers

• Treatments, Skin Gym, prepaid programs and packages are non-refundable although we will gladly exchange your remaining amount with a credit voucher (only within the period of validity). By purchasing a treatment package and/or gift voucher upfront you accept the treatment and agree that you have been fully advised of the result expectations.
• Prepaid programs and packages that are changed or are not taken in full are transferrable once the individual treatments that have been taken are deducted at full price and the remaining balance is credited with a gift card for the remaining period of validity.
• Skin Gym, prepaid programs and packages are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and are non-refundable, although we will gladly exchange with a credit voucher. Gift voucher policies will apply.
• Skin Gym programs are prescribed to be followed in a strict format and must be regular to achieve maximum results. In respect of personal circumstances changing, it is your responsibility to ensure you are able to commit to your treatments.
• Skin Gym, prepaid programs and packages must be paid in full before treatment commences to be entitled to the discounted program /package.
• Programs are to be used in the salon which it was purchased. please note: information and pricing listed in this document was correct at the time or printing. Ella Rouge Beauty reserves the right to amend, modify or cancel pricing, treatments and policies at any time without notice.
• Time allocation for each treatment has no bearing on price.
• We request Laser / IPL treatments be paid before the session begins.
• All salon treatments, pre-paid treatments, products and gift vouchers are non-refundable, although we will gladly exchange with a credit voucher.
